To provide an objective insight into my personality, I used a tool supplied by My Career Match.

Apart from being a rather introspective experience, the tool produced the following observations.

It categories my personality style as ‘Analyser Driver’. This is a blend of personalities where Analyser is slightly more dominant that Driver. Accordingly, as such, it states that I am a thinker, precise and strong-willed.

The report state that ‘Analyser Drivers are well-organised people who like to think about things carefully before deciding what to do. You like to follow rules and do things in a logical way. Your talent to think things through makes you great at solving problems’. This is very much me. It goes on to say that I need to be challenged and in control, and I insist on sticking with something until I am an expert at it.
